At Afnan Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened cellophane-wrapped packaging and include the original invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Ship the Item
Send the package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item remains in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
